Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by FixNGo Pharr Towing Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Services Provided

FixNGo Pharr Towing Service provides towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related automotive services in Pharr, TX and surrounding areas. All services are provided on an as-available basis. We make every effort to respond quickly to service requests, but response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, availability of equipment, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific arrival times.

Payment and Fees

Payment for services is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Pricing is based on factors including distance, vehicle type, time of day, and complexity of the service required. You will receive an estimate before work begins, and we will inform you of any changes that may affect the final price.

If you request service and cancel after our driver has been dispatched, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover the cost of fuel and time. If your vehicle is towed and stored at our facility or a partner location, daily storage fees will apply after the first 24 hours. You are responsible for payment of all fees and charges related to the services you request.

Vehicle Condition and Liability

We take great care in handling your vehicle and use professional equipment and techniques to minimize the risk of damage. However, towing and recovery services involve inherent risks, especially with vehicles that have pre-existing damage or mechanical issues. You agree that FixNGo Pharr Towing Service is not responsible for damage that results from the condition of your vehicle prior to our service.

You are responsible for securing or removing any loose items, personal belongings, or aftermarket accessories from your vehicle before it is towed. We are not liable for damage to or loss of items left inside the vehicle. If your vehicle has custom modifications, low ground clearance, or other special characteristics, please inform our dispatcher so we can send the appropriate equipment.

Authorization and Ownership

By requesting our services, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request towing or related services. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership or authorization before providing service. We are not responsible for disputes related to vehicle ownership or unauthorized service requests.

Insurance

FixNGo Pharr Towing Service carries liability insurance as required by Texas law. Our insurance covers damage caused by our negligence during the performance of our services. You are responsible for maintaining your own vehicle insurance. If you have roadside assistance coverage through your insurance provider, please contact them first to determine if our services are covered under your policy.

Safety and Compliance

For your safety and the safety of our drivers, please follow all instructions provided by our team. Do not attempt to move or operate a disabled vehicle if it is unsafe to do so. If your vehicle is blocking traffic or creating a hazard, please move to a safe location if possible and call us immediately. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing towing and vehicle recovery services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixNGo Pharr Towing Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law.
